FLUX specializes in new construction, adaptive reuse, interior improvements and site work. FLUX prioritizes collaboration in identifying the best-value delivery method to meet partner and project requirements, including but not limited to, design-bid-build and design-build, with experience in all contracting structures.

Consulting

FLUX’s Partner’s have experience in Colorado, Utah, Texas, Virginia, Montana and Michigan as contractors, construction managers, and development / design consultants. FLUX’s consulting services include construction management, preconstruction, owner’s representation, design coordination and jurisdictional interface from concept to closeout, driving value as a partner on all asset types in private and public projects.

Max Everett

Founder | Partner

Max is a seasoned construction executive with over 15 years of experience in general contracting and owner-building across Colorado, Utah, Michigan, and Texas, specializing in various project types and holding licenses in Colorado (Class A) and Utah (B100). Project experience includes over 1,000,000 square feet and $175M of new, mixed use construction, development and property management.

Hoke Stapp

Founder | Partner

Hoke bring years of experience in the construction, finance, development and management industries with, the past 10 years spent in the finance and general contracting sectors of Colorado’s development industry. Project experience includes over 750,000 square feet and $150M of adaptive reuse, renovation and new construction of commercial, residential, retail, restaurant, educational, and industrial.
